Cleanliness & Hygiene
Do we need to wear socks in the play area?
Yes, all guests, including adults, must wear socks while in the play area for hygiene purposes. If you forget, we have socks available for purchase.
Can I keep my shoes on if I’m not playing?
No, shoes must be removed by everyone before entering the play area to maintain cleanliness.
It is fine to wear it in the dining area.
Can we eat or drink in the play area?
No, food and drinks are only allowed in the designated seating areas and are not permitted inside the play structures.
Supervision & Safety
Do I need to supervise my child while they play?
Yes, adult supervision is required at all times. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult while in the playground.
Is rough play allowed?
No, roughhousing, pushing, or any unsafe behavior is not allowed. We want to maintain a safe environment for all children.
Are there age restrictions for the play areas?
Our playground is designed for children aged 1+, ensuring a safe and fun experience for all age groups.
What if my child is sick?
For the health and safety of others, we kindly ask that you visit when your child is feeling better.
Food & Drinks
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes, you may bring outside food, but please enjoy them in our designated seating areas. No food or drinks are allowed in the play structures.
Drinks are available for purchase.
Are there any restrictions on what food we can bring?
Yes, alcohol and glass containers are not permitted or safety reasons.
Party Guidelines
How long do we have for our party?
Parties are booked for a specific time slot. If you go over the allotted time, there is an additional fee.
Can we cut and serve the cake in the play area?
No, cake cutting and serving must be done in the designated food area, not in the play area.
